Elsa Goldberg

Elsa Goldberg is Head of Client Portfolio Specialists and Investment Content & Communications for Franklin Templeton Fixed Income. She leads product positioning, client engagement, and content strategy across the platform, translating portfolio insights into differentiated narratives that support growth and sales effectiveness. She and her team act as a critical bridge between portfolio management, distribution, and marketing, ensuring consistent and compelling representation of investment strategies, and representing portfolio manager perspectives in institutional and consultant engagements.

Ms. Goldberg brings over 25 years of investment industry experience. Prior to her current role, she was a Senior Vice President, Institutional Portfolio Manager, and Director of Investment Specialists for Templeton Global Macro, where she was a principal conduit for communicating the team’s investment strategies to clients globally. She previously served as Director of the Global Fixed Income Product Management team at Franklin Templeton.

Prior to joining Franklin Templeton Investments in 2007, Ms. Goldberg worked at BNP Paribas Asset Management in Paris, France (2000-2006), where she served as a senior product manager responsible for international equity products. Ms. Goldberg began her career at Exane BNP Paribas, Paris in 1996 as an equity sell-side analyst covering the insurance and banking sector. She also worked as a credit analyst for BNP Paribas in Athens, Greece.

Ms. Goldberg holds a bachelor's degree in econometrics from the University of Paris Pantheon-Sorbonne and a master's degree in money, banks and finance from the University of Paris Pantheon-Assas. Ms. Goldberg is a certified European Financial Analyst. She holds the FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses as a Registered Securities Representative and General Securities Principal, respectively, and the National Futures Association (NFA) Series 3 license.
