Douglas Stella

Doug is a senior vice president and divisional sales manager for Franklin Templeton. In this role, Doug is responsible for the West and South regions of the Wirehouse channel.

Since beginning his career in the financial services industry in 1999, Doug has held various roles at Ameriprise (formerly American Express Financial Advisor), Salomon Smith Barney, Citigroup Asset Management and Legg Mason.

In addition to his wholesaler role as regional director for the San Francisco Bay Area, Doug has also served as the internal sales desk manager for Legg Mason in Stamford, CT and as the divisional sales manager for the West in California before joining Franklin Templeton.

Doug earned his bachelor's degree from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. He holds Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 FINRA licenses. He currently lives in Orinda, California, with his wife, Kristin, and his two sons, Caden and Cooper.
