Daniel Fitzgerald, CFA

Daniel is a Portfolio Manager on the Global Real Income Strategy at ClearBridge Investments. He is also responsible for coverage of Global listed property, utilities and infrastructure.

He joined the firm in 2015 and the investment industry in 2000.

Daniel began his tenure as a Research Analyst at Martin Currie. During this time, he was named Portfolio Manager. Martin Currie became part of ClearBridge in 2025. Prior to this, he was a Corporate Finance Analyst at Hydro Tasmania; Senior Equity Analyst at Macquarie Group; Senior Equity Analyst and Head of Research at Global Value Investors; Equity Analyst at Investors Group; and an Associate Equity Analyst at Citigroup Asset Management.

Daniel received a Bachelor of Commerce in finance and marketing from the University of Tasmania. He is a CFA® charterholder and holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
