Christy Tan, Investment Strategist, Franklin Templeton Institute, commented: “According to our Global Investment Management Survey report, earnings are expected to grow 5%–10% 1in the U.S., driven in part by strong real gross domestic product (GDP) growth of 1.5%.2 We expect earnings growth to broaden and favor large-cap stocks, and we believe both value and growth will generate positive returns.”
