Templeton Asian Bond Fund and Templeton Global Bond Fund, sub-funds of Franklin Templeton Investment Funds, invest in a portfolio of fixed or floating rate debt securities and debt obligations of government and government-related or corporate issuers throughout Asia and worldwide respectively. Both funds' investment objectives are to maximize total investment return consisting of a combination of interest income, capital appreciation and currency gains.
